The technician will find the closest available parking to your front door. From there, we just need your device to start the repair.

Working from the service vehicle

The repair is conducted from the technician’s service vehicle. The technician remains on-site until the job is completed.

You're free to hang out or go

You’re welcome to stay for light conversation during the repair, or the technician will bring your device to you upon completion.

Address details matter

Be sure to provide any necessary information for the technician to find your location. Gate codes, apartment numbers, building numbers, and parking slots can be provided in the booking form.

How to prep your device

Please have your device with at least 15% charge to ensure a timely repair.

Payment after completion

We collect payment after the repair is completed. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and card accepted.

Lifetime warranty on screen repairs
For screen repairs, our warranty period is for the lifetime of that device. If our screen malfunctions under regular use, we will replace the screen again at no cost to you, forever.
12-month warranty on all other repairs
For all other repair types, our warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of service.
What the warranty does not cover
Our warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress. It also does not cover defects or damage caused by exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, weather conditions, sand, dust, or dirt inconsistent with the specifications and instructions applicable to the product according to the user manual.

Handing your smartphone or tablet over to a service technician can be nerve-racking. Will the technician figure out your credit card information? Will they see your tax documents? What about your sensitive photos?
We never ask for your password. Your device remains accessible to you during the entire repair process.
In some unique cases, we may need your device unlocked to test and finalize a repair. In these circumstances, the technician will request for you to be present while navigating the contents of your device. People want to know they can trust any company they do business with. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Common questions answered.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most screen replacements and battery replacements take about 30 minutes. During this time, we clean your device, perform the repair, test the screen, and conduct an initial inspection. Occasionally, repairs may take 30-45 minutes if we encounter minor complications — this is just the nature of electronic repair and nothing to worry about. For more complex repairs like liquid damage diagnostics or back glass replacement, expect around 90 minutes. Your technician will provide an estimated timeframe after visually inspecting your device upon arrival.
Do I need to back up my phone before you start the repair?
Most people don’t, and 99% of our hundreds of thousands of repairs are completed without any data loss. We genuinely do not have issues with customer data during repairs. However, if your device has pre-existing conditions like significant liquid damage that we discover during the repair, there’s a small chance it might not turn back on. For this reason, we recommend backing up your data every 90 days as a general best practice — you just never know when something unexpected happens. It’s always better to be safe.
What happens if you can't fix my phone on-site?
In some situations, we may determine a device is irreparable. In other cases, we might have a fix, but it’s outside the limitations of what we can do at the service vehicle. If that happens, the technician will offer to take your device to complete the repair and bring it back to you. This is not mandatory — it’s simply an option we present. You’re never obligated to proceed if you’re not comfortable with that arrangement.
Do you provide a loaner phone if my repair takes longer than expected?
We do not provide loaner phones as a standard service. However, your assigned technician may have one on hand depending on the situation and availability. It’s worth asking when you book or when the technician arrives — some technicians keep loaners available for customers whose devices are completely inoperable.
What forms of payment do you accept, and when do I pay?
Payment is collected only after the repair is completed and your device is confirmed to be 100% operational. Nothing is paid during online booking. We accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is made directly to the technician at the completion of service.
