Prep your device. A 15% charge or higher allows us to properly test your device once the repair is complete.
Repaired in plain view. Every repair is performed inside our fully equipped service vehicle, parked at your location. You’re welcome to stay nearby, chat with your technician, or carry on with your day — we’ll let you know the moment it’s ready.
Pay when it’s done. No deposits, no upfront charges. You’re billed only after the repair is complete and you’ve confirmed everything works.

Every repair we perform is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of service, parts and labor included. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
What’s covered. Any defect in the parts we installed or the work we performed.
What isn’t. Damage caused by accident, drops, liquid exposure, or use outside the device’s normal operating conditions. Our warranty also doesn’t cover damage from improper storage or unauthorized modifications made after our service.
