If you’re in the Bay Area and unsure whether we cover your location, just ask, we’re expanding our service area regularly.

How quickly can you get to my location?

On most days, we can arrive within an hour of your booking. If you book before 3 PM, we guarantee same-day service even on our busiest days. Many of our appointments are booked at 11 AM or noon and completed by early afternoon. Response time depends on current demand and your location, but our goal is always to get to you as fast as possible — often the same day you reach out.

Do you charge extra to come to certain areas of San Francisco?

No. Our mobile service is completely free — there are no delivery fees, travel charges, or hidden costs. You pay only for the repair itself, and our prices are comparable to (or better than) what you’d pay at a retail location where you’d have to drive, park, and wait. The price you see is the price you pay, citywide.

Can you meet me somewhere other than my home, like my office or a café?

Whether you’re at home, at the office, in a park, or grabbing coffee, we’ll come to you. All repairs are performed from our fully equipped service vehicle, so as long as we can park nearby, we can handle your repair on-site.

What if I'm outside San Francisco — do you serve nearby cities?

Yes. We service Daly City, Brisbane, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Burlingame, San Mateo, Foster City, Redwood Shores, and San Carlos. We do not currently service Oakland or Berkeley directly, but through a partnership with a trusted provider, we may be able to arrange service in those areas for unique situations.
