How does the online booking process work?
Start by selecting your device type (Apple iPhone, iPad, Watch, or Samsung). Choose your model — for example, iPhone 11 series, then 11 Pro Max. Select your repair request (screen repair, battery replacement, or other hardware). Choose your screen quality tier (Standard LCD, Premium OLED, or Apple OLED). Confirm delivery service, select your city (San Francisco), pick your preferred date and time, enter your personal information, and you’re done. The entire process takes just a few minutes.
Can I book same-day service, or do I need to schedule in advance?
Yes, you can book same-day service. Most repairs are scheduled the same day, and the system allows you to book appointments as little as 90 minutes in advance. You can also schedule 4-5 days ahead if you prefer. If you book before 3 PM, we guarantee same-day service on most days.
What payment methods do you accept, and when do I pay?
Payment is not collected until the technician completes your repair. This means booking an appointment is completely free — no credit card required, no deposit, no upfront payment. After the repair is finished and you’ve tested your device, the technician will collect payment. We accept cash, debit, credit, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.
What happens after I submit my booking?
After you submit your booking, you’ll receive an automated confirmation message via email and text that includes your appointment details and what to expect. You’ll also be connected with your assigned technician, who will typically reach out shortly to confirm your repair request and answer any questions. Most customers hear from their technician within 30 minutes of booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. You can call the San Francisco technician directly using the number provided in your confirmation, or use the reschedule/cancel link included in your booking confirmation email. There’s no cancellation fee, and rescheduling is easy — just select a new date and time that works for you.
Do I need to prepare my device before the technician arrives?
