We do not currently service Oakland or Berkeley directly, but we may be able to arrange service through a partnership for unique situations.
How much does an iPhone screen repair cost?
Pricing varies by model and screen quality tier (OEM, Premium, or Standard), so we can’t provide a single range that covers all devices. What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers malfunctions not related to a particular incident. For example, if we replace your screen and it begins to malfunction without any human intervention or physical damage, that’s covered under warranty (lifetime for OEM and Premium screens, one year for Standard screens and all other repairs). The warranty does not cover damage caused by incidents such as drops, physical abuse, or liquid exposure. Evidence of such incidents includes dents, scratches, scars, or moisture inside the device. Think of it like a car warranty: if you drive off the lot and someone rear-ends you, that’s an incident and not covered. The same principle applies here.
Do you repair iPads, Apple Watches, or Samsung devices?
Yes, we do repair iPads, Apple Watches, and Samsung devices. Pricing varies widely depending on the model and repair type. You can find many of these prices in our online booking tool. Can I get a quote without booking an appointment?
Yes, you can get a price without booking an appointment. However, prices do fluctuate and change regularly, so the best time to check pricing is when you’re ready to schedule service. Our online booking tool gives you instant, up-to-date pricing in just a few clicks. Do you buy broken iPhones?
No, we do not buy broken iPhones or offer trade-in or buyback services. We focus exclusively on repair services.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is collected only after the repair is completed and your device is confirmed to be 100% operational. Nothing is paid during online booking. We accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is made directly to the technician at the completion of service.
What if my device is too damaged to repair?
If your device is deemed beyond repair, there is no cost associated with the repair attempt. We also offer Level 2 data recovery services for devices that are too damaged to repair but still have recoverable data. Data recovery pricing varies depending on the extent of the damage and the recovery required. Please speak with the technician to discuss options and pricing for data recovery.
