About This Device
iPhone 16 — What you need to know before your repair.
The iPhone 16 features a 6.9-inch ProMotion OLED display with an industry-leading titanium frame. Professional installation is strongly recommended to preserve True Tone, Face ID calibration, and ProMotion refresh.
Our technicians are trained specifically on the 16 form factor, including the updated rear camera array and titanium-to-glass back panel bonding used in this generation.

Frequently Asked Questions
iPhone 16 — repair questions answered.
What types of repairs do you offer for the iPhone 16?
We service the full range of iPhone 16 repairs including screen replacement (Standard LCD, Premium OLED, and Apple OEM), battery replacement, back glass repair, charging port repair, front and rear camera repair, camera lens replacement, speaker repair, and more. Not every repair type is listed in the online booking tool. If you don’t see your specific issue, call us — your technician can give you a quote over the phone and schedule accordingly.
What should I do to prepare my iPhone 16 before the technician arrives?
Try to have your device charged to at least 50% before the technician arrives. A low battery can slow down the repair process, though it’s not a dealbreaker. We also strongly recommend backing up your device before any repair — iCloud or a local backup via your computer both work.
What's the difference between the screen quality options for the 16?
We offer three screen tiers. Standard LCD is our most affordable option — reliable for everyday use, great for trade-in value. Premium OLED matches the display performance of your original screen with True Tone and is our best seller. Apple OEM is sourced directly from Apple and produces no display certification warnings. For a full breakdown, visit our Quality Standards page.
My iPhone 16 isn't charging — can you fix that?
Yes. Charging issues are typically caused by a damaged USB-C charging port, debris blocking the port, or a software issue. Our technicians carry charging port replacement parts for the 16 and can diagnose and repair most charging issues on-site. Pricing is in the booking tool above — that repair typically takes 60 to 90 minutes.
How long does an iPhone 16 screen repair take?
Screen replacements are completed in approximately 30 minutes on-site. Battery replacement also runs about 30 minutes. Back glass repair takes closer to 90 minutes due to the titanium frame bonding on this generation. Your technician will confirm the estimated time when they arrive.
Is the back glass on the iPhone 16 repairable?
Yes. The 16 uses Apple’s updated textured matte back glass bonded to a titanium frame. Back glass replacement is one of the more involved repairs on this model but our technicians are trained on this specific process. The repair typically takes 90 minutes and carries a lifetime warranty.
